Cadillac brings back Night Vision with the introduction of the Cadillac CT6, equipped with advanced animal and pedestrian detection. Night Vision detects animals and people as far as 100 yards ahead of the vehicle, well beyond the headlight range.

An infrared camera mounted in the front grille of the vehicle senses heat differences as sensitive as a tenth of a degree to create a highly detailed image of the world out in front of the vehicle. An onboard computer (ECU) runs algorithms to detect animals and pedestrians in the path of the vehicle and highlights objects on the cluster display.

Whether visibility is an issue due to nighttime driving, smoke or fog, Night Vision gives drivers enough time to react before it’s too late.

Night Vision is available on the CT6.
